Negotiation – a dirty word?
Just the word – negotiation – can bring up that nervous feeling. The next couple of blogs will give you some tips that might settle those feelings.

Look around your industry and see who is doing well. Create top 10 lists of those that excel in a particular area such as customer service, new business, product innovation, services per customer, etc. Examine your top 10 on the list and document what they are doing well and how they are doing it. Do you remember a time when we didn’t have Google? Hard to recall isn’t it? It puts so many ideas, facts, information right at our fingertips. It is amazing. I use Google for many different things.
One use I’ve come across lately is when you want to kick start your creativity. Google everything. I mean everything. Google your dreams, Google your problems. Don’t ask a question before you Google it. You’ll either find the answer or you’ll come up with a better question.
