Stuck?
We all tend to get stuck in certain thinking patterns. Our beliefs can become concrete truths in our minds – yet may not be based on facts or reality. These ideas can limit so many things in our lives and take away “possibility”! Our self talk centers around “I can’t possibly do that…” “I could never….” “That’s impossible….” “It will never work….” Following are some tips about getting unstuck.

What’s new?
Every year when Labor Day rolls around I return to the feelings of excitement I had growing up. School was starting and I’d see friends I hadn’t seen over the summer. I’d have some new clothes to wear and new school supplies. I would have a new class schedule, new subjects and new teachers. The newness of it all was something I embraced every year.
