My husband and I were traveling and stayed in a bed & breakfast in California. We were struck by an abundance of small notes taped all over the common rooms. Don’t change the radio station. Change
Most organizations experience change. Sometimes the change is gradual and hardly noticeable until you think back to how things were a year or two before. Other change is conscious and has a distinctive timeframe – where the old way ceases to be and the new way becomes the norm. Listen Up!
Are you a great listener? For some this comes so naturally – for others, we get caught up in our own world and find it difficult to really listen to others. Time to check in with ourselves!
There are three levels of listening.
